GuessCentral is a sports guessing game that allows users to identify professional athletes based on various clues. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only.

Player data and statistics are sourced from publicly available information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any player information displayed.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Pro Subscription

GuessCentral offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") with enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee at the then-current rate.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
• No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time after 7 days
• Contact support for refund requests

5. User-Generated Content

Users may submit reports regarding player data issues. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or inaccurate
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or harmful content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Circumvent any access restrictions or limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service
• No guarantee of data accuracy or completeness
• No guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements
• No guarantee against security breaches or data loss

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUESSCENTRAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Cost of substitute services
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
